Admission to the casino
What are the entry requirements for the casino?
To visit the Korona Casino, as well as any other casinos in Slovenia, you must be at least 18 years old and present a valid identification document upon entry. Minors are not allowed to enter.
How does the casino operate?
The Korona Casino is open 24 hours a day, every day of the year.

What do I need to enter?
You need to register at the casino reception with a valid ID (passport, identity card, or driving licence) before entering the casino. You will not be allowed to enter the casino with an invalid ID or a copy of your ID.
Is there a fee to enter the casino?
Admission to the casino is always free of charge.

What kind of clothes can I wear?
There is no dress code. However, neat clothing is recommended. Shorts, flip-flops, and sportswear, as well as headgear are not welcome. There is however no need to wear an evening dress.
Can a minor enter the casino if accompanied by parents or another adult?
No, in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Slovenia, minors are not allowed to enter the casino under any circumstances, not even if accompanied by parents.

What are the payment methods in the casino?
We accept VISA, DINERS, EUROCARD-MASTERCARD cards, and all major currencies at current exchange rates.
Are there phone charging stations available in the casino?
Yes, the casino offers several charging stations for phones.
What kind of games are available?

Do you organize casino tournaments and other promotions?
The casino is known for its wide variety of gaming tournaments both at table game and slot machines, as well as prize games, and other promotions. Check the current events here.
Do you have high-stakes tables?

Do you have a loyalty program for your guests?
In our company, we have the Privilege Club loyalty program, which includes the Korona as well as other centers and hotels. We reward all of your spending.
Can I smoke near the slot machines?
While playing on slot machines, you can smoke in the outdoor gaming area, Open Air. Inside the casino, several indoor smoking lounges are available, but smoking is not permitted elsewhere in the casino.
Entry Restrictions
I have been banned from entering the casino. What does that mean?
In accoradnce with the legislation of the Republic of Slovenia, the casino reserves the right to deny entry to players or visitors who who violate casino rules or house regulations. Such prohibitions are issued by casino staff, and their duration depends on the severity of the offense. Minor offenses may result in short-term bans (from one month to a year), while more severe offenses, including any attempt at cheating, may result in a lifetime ban. Guests who have been banned can request the revocation of the ban by submitting a written request on a special form or by sending a letter addressed to the casino management. The management reviews each case and decides whether the request can be granted.
Can I issue a self-ban from entering the casino?
Yes, in accoradnce with the legislation of the Republic of Slovenia every casino guest has the option to voluntarily issue a self-exclusion. To request a self-exclusion, contact casino staff—usually at the gaming tables or slot machines—who will provide you with the necessary form after verifying your identification. You can specify the duration of the self-exclusion, ranging from 6 months to 3 years. The casino will then forward the form to the Gaming Control Department of the Financial Administration of the Republic of Slovenia, which will notify all other license holders in Slovenia. This means that the self-exclusion will apply to all casinos in Slovenia for the selected duration and cannot be revoked early. It automatically expires on the date specified on the form. You can request a self-exclusion only in person at the casino.
Who should I contact if I have problems with excessive gambling?
If you notice you are struggling with excessive gambling, or if family members express concern, we encourage you to address the issue immediately. You can reach out to your host or the Privilege Point, where they will guide you through all available options and refer you to trained professionals.
Privilege Club
What is the Privilege Club and how can I join?
In our company, we have the Privilege Club loyalty program, which includes Korona as well as other centers and hotels. We reward all of your spending.
Can I join online?
Currently, you can only join the club in person at the centre. The exception is the online casino, where you can register remotely. You can also express your intent to join when booking a hotel online and immediately reserve a room at a discounted rate. The membership process will be completed upon your visit to the casino.

How many points do I need for a particular service?
Points you collect can be redeemed for services, including gaming, accommodation, food, and beverages. You can check how many points are required for specific services on the points price list.
I lost my Privilege card. How can I get a new one, and what happens to the points on it?
In the event of a lost card, contact staff at the Privilege Point during your next visit. They will either return your lost card or issue a new one, with all previously earned benefits and points transferred to the new card.
How can I spend my accumulated points?

How can I use points for gambling?

Does the money I win remain on the Privilege card?
Yes, My Privilege registration requires membership in the loyalty club. In the app, you can view your points balance, the benefits you are entitled to, receive personalized offers and invitations, and book rooms at club prices.
Do I need to be a member of the Privilege Club to register for the My Privilege online app?
Yes, membership in the loyalty club is a prerequisite for registering with My Privilege. In the app, you can view your points balance, the benefits available to you based on your points, various personalized offers and invitations, and you can also book a room at the club rate.
Where can I register for My Privilege?
Members of the club can register for the app on the My Privilege website, where you can also find a video tutorial for registration.
Where can I check my points balance?
You can check your points balance and benefits anytime in the My Privilege app, at the centre’s information kiosk, or the Privilege Point.
How long do my Privilege points last?
Points are valid indefinitely as long as you visit and collect points at Hit Universe of Fun centres at least once a year. If a guest does not visit in a calendar year, points are deleted after one year. We send an email or SMS notification before deleting points to give you ample warning.

Entertainment
Is there an admission fee for entertainment programs?
Viewing most of the programs is free for casino guests. Only certain high-profile events and the New Year’s Eve ticket require payment. Ticket sales for paid events typically start about a month before the event. Tickets can be purchased at the Privilege Point in the casino or on the website www.korona-kranjskagora.com.
Can a person under age attend the entertainment program in the Teaterevent hall?
No, the Teater event hall is part of the casino, so minors are not allowed entry.
Parking and access
Where can I park?
Gostom hotela in igralnice so na voljo BREZPLAČNA parkirna mesta ob igralnici in hotelu (zgornje, srednje in spodnje parkirišče).
Do I need to purchase a Slovenian vignette to visit the centres?
Vinjeta ni potrebna, ko izberete pot iz Italije (preko Trbiža – Tarvisio), iz Avstrije preko Korenskega sedla, iz Nove Gorice preko prelaza Vršič ali iz smeri Jesenic. Za prihod iz Avstrije preko Karavanškega tunela ali po avtocesti iz Ljubljane pa boste potrebovali slovensko vinjeto.

Is parking subject to payment?
Parking at the Korona center is free for guests.
Do you offer secure bike storage?
Yes, a bike storage reservation is required when booking a hotel room. The bike storage is free of charge; however, space is limited (we can accommodate only a certain number of bikes). Info: +386 4 587 82 00.
Do you have electric car charging stations?
There are no electric car charging stations at the Korona . However, they are available in the Kranjska Gora area. For more information, please feel free to ask at the hotel reception.
Do you have your own transportation service, and if so, how does it work?
The Korona center does not have its own transport service for organizing paid transfers. Guests who have a host at the Korona center can have transport arranged by their host, with payment made using points on their Privilege card

When can I check in, and when do I need to check out?
Check-in is available from 2pm, and check-out is until 11am.
Until when can I cancel my reservation without fees?
You can cancel your reservation without a fee up to 1 day before the scheduled arrival. For later cancellations you need to cover the accommodation costs.
Until when can I cancel my reservation without fees?
Members are entitled to cash discounts for direct bookings: Silver cardholders get 10% (online booking), Gold 20%, and Black 50%. Additionally, we organize promotions for club members, offering better rates in points and sending special accommodation offers. Even if you are not a club member yet, you can express your intent to join and book a room with a 10% discount. Your membership will be finalized upon registration at the hotel.
Do you offer extra cribs for children?
Yes, a prior reservation is required. We provide baby cribs to our guests free of charge.
An additional bed is available for a surcharge for children aged 3 and older.
Are pets allowed in the hotel?
Small dogs are accepted in our hotel upon request. The additional fee for a pet is €10 per pet per day.
To accommodate guests who may have pet allergies or other concerns, the numer of rooms and the areas where dogs can move within the hotel are limited.
Do you offer room service?

Do you have connecting rooms?
No, the Korona hotel does not have connecting rooms.
Do you have smoking and non-smoking rooms?
No, all rooms in the Korona hotel are non-smoking. However, some rooms have a balcony where smoking is allowed.
Do you have rooms suitable for disabled persons?
The hotel has one room specially adapted for guests with disabilities.
Can I book multiple rooms at once? How can I book several rooms for a larger group of guests?
For any specific requirements or preferences, we recommend booking directly through our booking service or write to hotel.korona@hit.si.
Are there any additional charges or fees applied to the room price?
The only extra cost is the tourist tax, which varies by municipality in Slovenia. In Kranjska Gora, where the Korona is located, the tourist tax is €2.5 per person per day.
Can I book a room with Privilege points?
Yes, you can pay for your room at Korona with points if your loyalty card balance allows it. Make sure to inform the receptionist before making the payment.
Is breakfast included in the price?
Yes, the price includes bed and buffet breakfast (all-you-can-eat).
Do you offer laundry or ironing services?
Laundry, ironing, and dry-cleaning services are carried out off-site for an additional charge, from Monday to Friday in the morning hours.
Is online booking cheaper?
We guarantee the best price for direct online reservations. Club members can also use points to pay for rooms.
How do I know if my online reservation is confirmed?
After making a reservation, you will receive a confirmation email.
Is the casino located inside the centre?
Yes, the casino with live games and slot machines is located inside the centre.
Is there parking near the hotel?
Yes, free parking is available in front of the hotel and around the Korona centre.
Is there a swimming pool at the Korona?
There is no swimming pool at the Korona centre. However, guests of the Korona hotel have free access to the pools of nearby Hit Alpinea hotels (Ramada Resort and Kompas) in Kranjska Gora, as well as the pools of Špik Alpine Resort in Gozd Martuljek.
Which cards can I use in the casino, and which in the hotel?
We accept all cards (VISA, DINERS, EUROCARD-MASTERCARD) at our hotels and restaurants. In the casino, we accept all credit cards except American Express.
Is Wi-Fi available?
Yes, free Wi-Fi is available throughout the entire centre.
What time is breakfast served?
For hotel guests, breakfast is served in the restaurant between 8am and 10am, and upon request, it can also be delivered to your room (subject to service fee).
Is a table reservation required for a buffet meal?
No table reservation is required in the Garden self-service restaurant. The restaurant has a relatively quick turnover, so even on the busiest days you can get your meal fairly quickly. However, we do recommend making a reservation on weekends and holidays.
Are the hotel and restaurants available to children and underage guests?
Unlike the casino, where minors are not allowed, the hotel restaurants Montana and Garden and the hotel itself are accessible to minors when accompanied by adults.
Ali je za hotelske goste centra Korona vstop v center dobrega počutja Korona brezplačen?
The Korona Hotel features a small but intimate spa located on the top floor, offering breath-taking views of the charming town of Kranjska Gora. You can unwind in comfortable loungers, refresh yourself after a session in the Finnish or infrared sauna, and continue relaxing in the bubbling massage pool. The spa also offers various massage treatments.
Center dobrega počutja je odprt vsak dan od 12. do 21.30 ure. Za hotelske goste je obisk spa centra brezplačen med 12.00 in 19.00 uro. Med 19.30 in 21.30 je možen zasebni zakup spa centra. Ob plačilu 60 € za zasebni zakup spa centra prejmete tudi krožnik mešanega sadja, kozarec penine in romantično dekoracijo.
The wellness center is open daily from noon to 9.30pm. For hotel guests, access to the spa center is free between noon and 7pm. Between 7.30pm and 9.30pm, the spa can be rented privately. The private rental fee is €60 and includes a plate of mixed fruit, a glass of sparkling wine, and romantic decorations.

Does the hotel have conference halls and rooms?
Korona does not have its own conference halls. However, within the casino complex, there is a multifunctional event hall called Teater, where we can organize both the business and social parts of your event. Additional options for organizing conferences or team-building events are available at our Špik Alpine Resort in Gozd Martuljek, located 4 km away. Spa Korona
How should guests who are not staying at the hotel pay for the spa service?
Guests not staying at our hotel are kindly asked to pay for the service before the treatment is conducted. We accept cash and credit card payments.
When do I need to cancel the reservation to avoid a fee?
We ask you to cancel your reservation at least three (3) hours before your appointment. If you fail to do so, we will charge you for the service, although it will not be actually rendered.
What are the rules regarding children's entry to the centre?
Children under 12 months are not allowed in the Spa centre. Only children staying at the hotel, who are older than one year, are allowed to enter spa area if accompanied by their parents or responsible adults (between 9am and 3pm). Only persons older than 14 years are allowed to enter the saunas.
Restaurants
Is a registration required to enter the restaurant?
During lunch hours, you can access the restaurant directly through the restaurant entrance, and no casino entry or registration is required. On weekends and during dinner hours, however, the restaurant is only accessible via the casino entrance, and registration is therefore mandatory.
Are children and underage guests allowed in the restaurant?
Minors may enter the restaurant during weekday lunch hours if accompanied by an adult. In the evenings and on weekends, access to the restaurant is only possible through the casino, which means minors are not permitted at those times.
